We have over 11,200 registered patients who have chosen us as their primary care provider. We employ approximately 50 staff members across various professions. We also have an adult psychology clinic located at our clinic in Stenungsund, which serves patients from Närhälsan's health centers in Stora Höga, Tjörn, and Stenungsund. You work in a health-promoting, advisory, and treatment capacity in primary care, through telephone, home visits, digital care appointments, and at the clinic. Work includes both acute and planned activities. You work largely independently with your own patient clinic where you perform triage, treatment, and follow-up. You collaborate closely with colleagues on your unit and work in cross-professional teams, as well as with other providers such as home care services and specialist care. Together with health center management, you share responsibility for developing and advancing the operations. Educating future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, so mentoring students is also part of your role at the health center. About You You are a licensed registered nurse, preferably with extensive experience or with specialist training as a district nurse. It is a merit if you have experience working in primary care and have instructor training (7.5 credits). We seek someone who takes initiative in their work and is confident in making independent decisions. You are thorough, have good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize your tasks. You meet many patients, so it is important that you are approachable, responsive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe you thrive in teamwork and that collaboration with colleagues and other contacts is natural to you. You communicate well both verbally and in writing, and are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and in-clinic visits.
