Responsibilities As Maintenance Leader, you are responsible for and driving the maintenance work on a production line. You take ownership in transitioning from unplanned maintenance to preventive maintenance, supported by SAP Plant Maintenance. A significant part of the work involves identifying and solving root causes of breakdowns, planning maintenance, and implementing improvements. You do this together with the team at the line - gradually they will take on more and more of the maintenance work. The Maintenance Leader serves as a link between other professional groups in the factory (electrical/mechanical/media) regarding the line. You work closely with a Line Leader and a Process Leader. Together you form a Line Structure and are responsible for the line's results. Dafgård's Production System is based on Integrated Work System with elements of Six Sigma/Lean/TPM/WCM - adapted for Köket i Källby. Qualifications & Characteristics We are looking for someone with several years of experience in maintenance work and maintenance planning in production. To thrive in the role of Maintenance Leader, you have a drive to constantly improve and are technically interested and knowledgeable. You need to be well-organized and enjoy solving problems. Machine Operator

Product Administrator

One of our product administrators is going on parental leave and we are now looking for a temporary replacement. The temporary position extends through August 2027, with the possibility of extension. You will report to the Head of Product Administration and the location is Källby. Job Responsibilities As a Product Administrator, you will work with recipe calculations and entering them into the business system, calculating nutritional values, creating content declarations, and designing labels and packaging layouts. The work is conducted at a fast pace as the product range is constantly developed and changed. You will work on varied assignments and administrative quality work in our systems. We are looking for someone who is driven, innovative, and contributes to developing quality work at Dafgårds. You are relationship-oriented and focus on building strong collaboration. Qualifications & Attributes Key attributes for succeeding in this role are thoroughness, logical thinking, structured approach, and strong teamwork skills. It is important to understand and appreciate recipe calculations. Since this position is central to product development work, strong communication skills are required, as there are many contacts with different functions in the company. The product administrator position also requires good IT skills with experience from SAP and Microsoft Office, as well as the ability to translate production reality into the SAP system. Mathematical understanding is fundamental to success in the role. Production background and experience in nutrition and food science are advantageous.
