We are now recruiting a Maintenance Leader for the bakery who wants to help develop our factory to be safer, produce better food, and eliminate waste - reducing our climate impact! Responsibilities As Maintenance Leader, you are responsible for and driving the maintenance work on a production line. You take ownership in transitioning from unplanned maintenance to preventive maintenance, supported by SAP Plant Maintenance. A significant part of the work involves identifying and solving root causes of breakdowns, planning maintenance, and implementing improvements. You do this together with the team at the line - gradually they will take on more and more of the maintenance work. The Maintenance Leader serves as a link between other professional groups in the factory (electrical/mechanical/media) regarding the line. You work closely with a Line Leader and a Process Leader. Together you form a Line Structure and are responsible for the line's results. Dafgård's Production System is based on Integrated Work System with elements of Six Sigma/Lean/TPM/WCM - adapted for Köket i Källby. Qualifications & Characteristics We are looking for someone with several years of experience in maintenance work and maintenance planning in production. To thrive in the role of Maintenance Leader, you have a drive to constantly improve and are technically interested and knowledgeable. You need to be well-organized and enjoy solving problems. You take ownership of your deliverables and don't let anything fall through the cracks.
