Dafgårds is in a growth phase and investments are being made so we can continue to grow in the future. The kitchen in Källby never stops, and with the company's success comes the need for more skilled employees. Production is developing rapidly with new processes and increased automation of existing production lines. We therefore need to expand our technical staff with several key personnel to ensure the company's processes run smoothly. The company has maintenance departments that handle both corrective and preventive work. We are now seeking a Machine Operator for our production facility in Källby. Job Responsibilities In your role as Machine Operator, you will work in one of our production departments. Your responsibilities will include ensuring daily operations, addressing urgent malfunctions, performing preventive maintenance, driving continuous improvement initiatives in the department, and participating in projects. Qualifications and Qualities We prefer candidates with previous repair work experience and strong engagement in technical and machinery matters. We also value an interest in industrial automation and the ability to work independently with responsibility. We place great emphasis on your ability to collaborate, communicate, and provide service to our production departments. This position involves shift work.
