Our primary work methods are clarifying pedagogy and low-affect interaction. Your work tasks consist of providing the residents with individual support and adaptations in their daily lives, at home, in leisure time, and in the community based on each person's abilities and developmental level. The assignment includes participating in the development, implementation, and follow-up of the service user's individual implementation plan and goals. In daily work, you work according to the service user's implementation plan, schedule, checklists, and goals. You have daily documentation responsibilities.
