We are looking for a responsible person who sees solutions and follows established guidelines and goals. You are cooperative, flexible, independent, and able to adapt to emerging situations. You should be attentive, unpretentious, and able to communicate with everyone in your surroundings—colleagues, service users, relatives, and others. Our primary work methods are clarifying pedagogy and low-affect interaction. Your work tasks consist of providing the residents with individual support and adaptations in their daily lives, at home, in leisure time, and in the community based on each person's abilities and developmental level. The assignment includes participating in the development, implementation, and follow-up of the service user's individual implementation plan and goals. In daily work, you work according to the service user's implementation plan, schedule, checklists, and goals. You have daily documentation responsibilities. Working hours are irregular with day shifts, evening shifts, and every other weekend. Responsibility, respect, and the equal value of all people are important guiding principles for us.
