Your Assignment As a social secretary with us, your main task is to receive and assess incoming concerns and applications regarding children, youth, and adults. The assignment also involves providing secure advice and offering consultation to parents, relatives, and people who have concerns about children and adults in their vicinity. We are the face of social services to the public and actively work to ensure all citizens receive the right support at the right time. The team uses Signs of Safety as our working method, and the assignment involves close collaboration with both internal and external partners. What We're Looking For in You We seek you as a trained social worker with knowledge and experience in authority work with children and youth. To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you have experience and ability to make acute assessments and to plan and manage acute interventions together with your colleagues and team leader. You have good knowledge of BBIC and Signs of Safety as well as the ability to document correctly and legally. It is meritorious if you have experience working with adults with substance abuse issues. The operation consists of four units: a children's unit, a youth unit, a unit for interventions and specialized functions, and a unit for foster care and contact activities. We are now recruiting a Social Secretary for the Intimate Partner Violence Team First-Line Social Services Haninge Municipality was early in establishing a First-Line Social Service. In First Line, we have brought together early and preventive advice and support services with the goal of offering municipal residents help at an early stage so that serious problems can be prevented. We should be close to municipal residents and it should be easy to contact social services. One of many activities within First-Line Social Services is the Intimate Partner Violence Team. Your Assignment As a social secretary in the Intimate Partner Violence Team, your main task is to offer support to abused and abusive adults so they can live a life free from violence. The assignment includes providing advice and support to, and investigating applications for support and protection from, people who are abused or abusive in a close relationship or in an honor-based context. People exposed to prostitution and human trafficking for sexual purposes are also part of the target group. You work with motivation work, authority exercise, and individual support conversations based on the conversation models Talk About Freedom/Talk About Violence. Continuous safety assessments and security planning are part of the work. The assignment also includes having a child focus and assessing consequences for any children in decisions. You collaborate with internal and external partners based on current needs.
