About the Operations Haninge Municipality operates five care and residential facilities under its own management: Hagagården, Vallagården, Ros-Anders gård, Malmgården, and Terrassen. Your Assignment We are now seeking a registered nurse for Hagagården in Vendelsö! We offer you stimulating work during day shifts, working Monday through Friday. You will receive good conditions for your assignment through structured orientation in our facilities together with our experienced nurses. As the nursing care responsible nurse, you will lead the daily nursing care work in cooperation with our multidisciplinary team consisting of nursing staff, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, doctors, and other relevant professionals and actors. You will work closely with the responsible medical organization and monitor the residents' health status together with doctors and take the measures that are prescribed. You plan, lead, and follow up on the work conducted within your area of expertise. You mentor and train employees to maintain relevant knowledge based on your profession. You are well-versed in the operations and follow up and investigate deviations within your area of expertise. You lead structured work with risk assessments and follow them up. Your Qualifications You are a licensed registered nurse who is confident in your professional role and have experience from elderly care You enjoy working in a team You have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing You have excellent social skills both in meeting care recipients and in cooperation with colleagues You are engaged, flexible, and see opportunities rather than obstacles You have digital competence and an interest in implementing new solutions We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
