You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. Collaboration and Support You work in a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You work closely with the facility's group managers who are responsible for the care staff. Getting to Know the Residents Understanding the residents' wishes and noticing small changes in their health and medical conditions is often crucial for correct assessments and decisions. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important.
