We serve men and women aged 18-65 with some form of mental functional limitation. We have provided psychiatric care since 1977. Thus, there is extensive experience working with people in need of, among other things, mental and social care. Since 2006, we have focused on support and care for people with dual diagnoses (comorbidities). We work with contact persons, which means you are a contact person for some residents and responsible for planning and follow-up of their services based on an implementation plan. Daily planning is conducted for ADL, activities, outings, and motivational conversations. We use the methods Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Low-Arousal Approach. The purpose of the conversation method is to promote motivation and behavior change. Documentation is done continuously through record-keeping in Infosoc. Education/Experience You, as an applicant, have completed a nursing program, mental health caregiver training, or equivalent documented care or educational training.
