Welcome to our wonderful community! About the position As a general medicine specialist with us, you get a stimulating and versatile assignment where you can use all your expertise. You work in a broad, acute-adjacent, and medically challenging primary care operation that provides excellent opportunities to deepen your knowledge and develop further in your specialist role. Thanks to our geographic location, we meet patients with varying and often complex care needs, which makes the work both varied and developmental. The role suits you if you thrive with taking your own responsibility, working independently, and handling medical questions of varying nature and complexity. We want you to enjoy and develop with us, so there is an opportunity to shape parts of your assignment based on your interests. In addition to regular clinic work, you can for example engage in child health services (BVC) or home care, and in this way broaden or deepen your expertise based on your own drives. Your work tasks include, among others: Regular clinic work including annual visits, investigations, acute visits, and minor surgical procedures. Conduct clinic visits, home visits, and digital care meetings. Handle a broader spectrum of patients, including more acute and complex conditions. Work in a team together with assistant nurses, nurses, and a counselor. Participate in ongoing quality and development work at your own unit as well as jointly within primary care in Tiohundra. Participate in rounds. About our offer: You are offered a flexible schedule, one scheduled administrative day per week and the opportunity to work one day remotely when operations allow, for example in connection with digital care meetings. We offer a rural area supplement of 10,000 kr per month, and you also receive an annual wellness allowance of 5,000 kr. About you For this position you need: Be a specialist in general medicine. Have good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing. It is meritorious if you also have: Experience with the TakeCare medical record system. You are responsible, structured, and independent, with a good ability to make medical decisions and make well-balanced priorities as you are confident in your competence. You enjoy working both independently and in a team and have a genuine interest in the breadth of general medicine. You treat patients, relatives, and colleagues with empathy and professionalism and contribute to a positive work environment. Your collaboration skills are excellent. About us Hallstavik Health Center is located in the northern part of Norrtälje municipality and is Region Stockholm's northernmost health center.
