Tasks and Responsibilities As a Maintenance and Service Technician, you hold a key role in the operation and are responsible for ensuring our production lines function optimally. You work closely with the factory manager and operators to ensure high operational reliability, quality, and efficiency in manufacturing. In this role, you are responsible for both preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as identifying, analyzing, and resolving disturbances that affect operations. You work with mechanics, pneumatics, basic electrical engineering, and precision mechanical components in a modern manufacturing environment with high demands on quality and cleanliness. You plan and perform ongoing maintenance work, troubleshoot and address deviations, and ensure that machines and equipment maintain high availability. The work includes adjustments, component replacements, and process optimization to maintain stable and efficient manufacturing. You are also responsible for spare parts management and maintain regular contact with machine suppliers and external service partners as needed.
