We are looking for you to continue driving and developing important quality and environmental work at our facilities in Lammhult and Vrigstad. You have relevant experience from quality work in a manufacturing industry, preferably with connections to food production. In this role, you have overall responsibility for quality work and drive this together with the HACCP team. ABOUT THE JOB You have overall responsibility for leading, driving, and developing quality work and management systems, as well as environmental work, at Ello's various units in Lammhult: charcuterie production and cattle slaughter in Lammhult and cheesecake production in Vrigstad. You work closely with facility employees to create the right conditions to meet the requirements placed on us within food safety and animal welfare. You do not have direct personnel responsibility but lead the HACCP team and drive quality issues at management level. Your main tasks are: Ensure the organization complies with current laws and regulations on food safety, animal welfare, and the environment Drive and lead work with the FSSC 22000 management system and ECO certification, Swedish Label, and IP Food Conduct training on food safety and other areas relevant to the role Together with the Managing Director and Production Manager, participate in internal and external audits and be responsible for action plans and follow-up Lead the HACCP team Verification of production processes Reporting to municipal authorities and government agencies The quality manager position is a full-time employment with Ello in Lammhult. You will divide your time between Lammhult and Vrigstad with emphasis on the Lammhult facilities. A LITTLE ABOUT US Ello in Lammhult is a family business located in the heart of Småland. We operate three businesses: charcuterie production and livestock slaughter in Lammhult and, from fall 2024, also the cheesecake bakery in Vrigstad. Since the start, we have mainly used raw materials from Småland farms and our entire production, including packaging and distribution, is located at each location. The company was founded in 1947 by L-O Andersson in Lammhult and today it is run by sisters Stina Selander and Lisa Andersson, who are the third generation.
