With us, you will be an important part of creating fun, safe, and educational days for our students. Job Responsibilities We are looking for someone who can stimulate student development and learning and offer students a meaningful leisure time. By contributing to instruction that is based on student needs, interests, and experiences and continuously challenges them through inspiration for new discoveries, we build meaningful activities. As a student assistant in the adapted primary school, you will offer our students varied working methods, different forms of expression, and learning environments that integrate care and learning. As a member of our team, you work toward equality where all students have good conditions to grow and develop in an environment that is accessible, fun, safe, and educational. You will, together with your colleagues, work in both school and after-school care activities. This includes working with educational objectives and learning processes. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has education relevant to the position or other experience that the employer considers equivalent. Experience working with children and young people is a merit. It is also a merit if you have knowledge within pedagogy, special education, and neuropsychiatric conditions (NPF). As a person, you are engaged, driven, and present, and you work well in collaboration with students, guardians, and colleagues. You have a professional approach and the ability to create structure, safety, and good conditions for student development. You should be familiar with our policy documents and able to apply them in practice. In your view of students, you see and believe in the competent child, which is reflected in your daily approach.
