From identifying the right customers and making contact to needs analysis, solution design, costing, quotation, negotiation, deal closing, and handover to the operations organization. What you'll be doing You will, among other things: Build and develop Northclean's business in the private market. Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue potential customers. Schedule and conduct customer meetings – both in-person and digitally. Map customer needs and translate them into attractive and commercially viable solutions. Sell and package solutions in premises care and Soft FM, such as consumables, office materials, coffee solutions, fruit, carpets, and other services. Drive the entire sales process from first contact to signed agreement. Cost, quote, and negotiate complex deals. Use analysis and business insights as a natural part of your sales work. Work closely with our internal specialists and operations organization to create a professional handover and strong launch with the customer.
