You will work at our customers' electrical power stations with tasks including: Maintenance testing of relay protection Commissioning, configuration, and testing of control systems Troubleshooting and relay changes Work with remote controls and other station equipment Minor design adaptations in connection with commissionings The role offers a varied day-to-day where you work both independently and together with colleagues, customers, and other specialists in electrical power. You will become part of the Technology business area where we are approximately 170 engineers distributed across the country, which provides access to a large knowledge base. You will have good opportunities to take internal training courses, broaden your expertise, and work with all types of control equipment at voltage levels from 0.4 kV to 400 kV. Business travel is a natural part of the work. Job Requirements We know that you will develop together with us. But we would like to see that you already have: A post-secondary electrical power education or equivalent work experience in electrical power At least one year of experience working with control systems, testing, or relay protection A valid driver's license (B category) Swedish is our primary working language and you therefore need very good skills in both speaking and writing. Your Role as Service Manager As a Service Manager, you are responsible for planning and executing maintenance measures to ensure they are delivered with the right quality, within agreed timeframes and costs. The assignments include preventive and corrective maintenance of control systems with associated high-voltage equipment, as well as renewals of electrical installations from local networks to the national transmission grid. You are responsible for planned work and emergency interventions for one or more customers. Your Role as Design Engineer in the Station Team In the station team, we are consultants with broad expertise and varying assignments. Our primary focus is control systems, where we, among other things, guide regional network stations through the entire process, from tender documents and design to commissioning, energization, and completed facilities. As a consultant with us, you work with, among other things, regional and local network facilities, industrial installations, selectivity calculations, and relay protection plans. You also perform testing of relay protection systems and facilities. Furthermore, you participate in writing studies and tender documents and provide technical support.
