Unit Manager for Newly Established Unit
Do you want to lead a new operation that combines social sustainability, labor market initiatives, and municipal benefit?

You will have a central role in creating a cohesive and long-term sustainable operation for people who need support to move toward self-sufficiency, studies, apprenticeships, or work.
The central warehouse is a new initiative that will contribute to more efficient internal logistics through receiving, sorting, warehousing, and distribution of materials to the municipality's operations. The operation will simultaneously offer opportunities for employment, work training, and gradual progression toward apprenticeships or work.
You will lead both existing and newly recruited employees. The unit includes functions for labor market and integration as well as staff responsible for operations and work management within the central warehouse. The work will initially be characterized by forming the unit and building the structures and working methods that create a long-term and thriving unit.
