I am a younger woman who needs your support in my daily life. I myself have limited ability to take care of myself, activate and plan my day. Your workplace is where I am and where I spend my time. I live in a house with a large garden together with my husband, daughter, and our three dogs.
Expectations and requirements for you as my personal assistant
As my personal assistant, you need to be my right hand in helping me find my way, understand and interpret what I want and wish for. You will be an important part of my daily life.
I need you to manage my everyday life. You should be calm, stress-resistant, stable, and level-headed with a genuine interest in giving me the care I need to have a meaningful life. You need to be able to be both motivating, have patience, and at the same time be highly solution-focused.
It is a fundamental requirement that you as a person are present, engaged, and have a high intuitive ability to read and understand me and my needs, as well as the ability to be one step ahead in different situations. You are cheerful, positive, inclusive, and humble in your role as a personal assistant. Your age should preferably be 35 and above.
Important success factors in meeting me and my needs are that you are attentive, empathetic, and have extensive knowledge within care and support, as this is a major need in my daily life. It is of the utmost importance that you together with me plan the day's activities that suit me and are based on my current condition.
Personal suitability, high and broad knowledge and experience within care and support.
Personal chemistry between you and me is an important selection criterion. These criteria carry the most weight in the job offer.
The position and working hours
The position corresponds to approximately 50%
Working hours are primarily scheduled between approximately 07:00-22:00 every day of the week, but nights also occur. Working hours are planned well in advance in cooperation with me and you. I would like you to be flexible and able to step in if needed.
