Support Operator for IT Support Department

We are now looking for you to support our Service Desk around the clock. Are you technically interested, a skilled problem solver, and able to work unconventional working hours? Then we are looking for you in our IT Support Department. Work Duties Your task with us is to handle incoming tickets together with your colleagues, primarily via phone, and help our users solve their IT-related problems so they can continue to perform their military profession with the IT support systems required. Many tickets you resolve directly in the conversation with the user; tickets that require deeper troubleshooting or other services you escalate to the appropriate recipient. It is therefore of great importance that you are skilled at documenting and registering tickets correctly. Qualifications Completed upper secondary education Class B driver's license Swedish citizenship Interest in IT Meritorious Experience from similar work previously is meritorious, but not required. Previous experience working unconventional working hours. Your employment will begin with an introductory training. Working Hours and Scope Regular working hours are daytime between 07:00 and 16:00 and may be combined with working hours during nights and weekends. Working hours according to an established schedule with reservation for changes. Employment begins with a six-month probationary period. Start Date Fall 2026 The Department The IT Support Department handles error reports, IT orders, and provides support to the Swedish Armed Forces users in Sweden and abroad.
