Job Responsibilities: • Installation, configuration, management, and monitoring of Zscaler security solutions (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX). • Troubleshooting Zscaler systems, diagnostics, and error resolution. • Identification and escalation of urgent security incidents and system errors related to Zscaler. • Independent analysis, design, and implementation of assigned Zscaler projects. • Provision of expert knowledge in Zscaler technologies and best practices. • Preparation and management of technical documentation related to Zscaler configurations and policies. • Response to end-user inquiries and effective communication regarding Zscaler security services. Requirements: ADVANTAGEOUS: • Knowledge of Zscaler technologies and Zero Trust solutions. • Knowledge of IT security standards and their practical implementation. • Familiarity with ITSM processes in a corporate environment. • Knowledge of managed network technologies (load balancers, firewalls, Check Point, etc.). • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written. • English language proficiency at a conversational level.
