7/13/2026 - preparation of investment proposal drafts and their coordination, planning and implementation in the area of technical solutions, organization of competitive bidding for project contractors, review of project documentation and related materials (DWG, PDF, Word, Excel) including cost budgets (ÚRS, RTS), communication with state administration bodies and ensuring compliance with requirements arising from current investment legislation, preparation, organization and management of construction inspection days, performance of technical investor supervision activities as defined by applicable building regulations, coordination of contractor activities during investment project implementation, management and documentation of assigned agenda in the information system. Min. secondary education, Category B driver's license - active driver, good user knowledge of MS Office, basic knowledge of CAD software, responsible work approach, single-shift operation.
