Deputy Director for Practical Training at Secondary School

We are a successful secondary school looking for a new colleague for the position of Deputy Director for Practical Training. The main responsibilities include preparation and organization of practical training, including organizing the purchase of materials and teaching supplies, and managing the team of vocational training instructors. The Deputy Director is also part of the school's senior management and as such participates in its overall operations. The direct teaching obligation for this position is 2 hours/week. Experience in education is welcome, but the main advantage is primarily management and organizational skills. Good knowledge of computer work is required. Given that practical training involves technical fields (automotive, electrical, mechanical...), knowledge or education in these fields can also be advantageous. The requirement is professional qualifications according to Act No. 563/2004 Coll., on pedagogical workers in the current version, or willingness to obtain them, and a clean criminal and moral record. Salary according to salary tables for pedagogical workers in the 12th grade increased by personal remuneration and management allowance, with regular semi-annual bonuses. The stated minimum salary is the lowest possible table salary increased by minimum personal remuneration and management allowance for a new colleague in this position.
