- Job Responsibilities: Opportunity to lead a team in the quality department, motivating, evaluating and monitoring the performance of subordinate employees, Ensuring quality processes in the company's functional systems according to ISO and IATF standards, Documenting deviations in the information system, Participation in new product development, Commissioning standard product tests, preparation for internal and external audits, identifying production deviations and proposing corrective actions, Process improvement and enhancement of our manufacturing, Responsibility for processes in the department
- Requirements: Minimum secondary education, university degree preferred, Industry experience preferred, Knowledge of QI software preferred, knowledge of quality tools, Good communication skills, Strong English language skills (written and verbal), Additional languages such as German or Russian preferred, Knowledge of ISO 9001 or IATF 16949, PC skills (MS Office)
- We Offer: Base salary depending on knowledge and experience from 50,000 Kč + variable salary component up to 20%, 5 weeks vacation, meals in the company facility (employer meal allowance), possibility to use the Haná recreational area free of charge, contribution to supplemental pension insurance, 13th salary based on company financial results
