About the Role As a surface mount technician at LEAB Fagersta, you'll become an important part of our production team. You'll work with our automated production line for manufacturing circuit boards, where quality and precision are critical. Your Main Responsibilities Perform surface mounting of electronic components Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment Conduct inspections and ensure products meet quality standards Troubleshoot and resolve simple electronics and production-related issues Work according to instructions, drawings, and quality requirements Contribute to improvements in work methods and processes Collaborate with colleagues in production and other departments What We're Looking For We believe you're a thorough and curious person who enjoys working with technology and hands-on work. You don't need to know everything from the start – what matters most is that you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn!
