Description We are now recruiting a vocational instructor in care and health subjects to Finnvedens gymnasium. Finnvedens gymnasium has approximately 1250 students. Work Tasks In your role as a vocational instructor in the Care and Health Program, you are responsible for teaching subjects within healthcare. You plan, implement, and evaluate teaching in accordance with applicable guidelines and adapt it to students' different circumstances and needs. Through clear and relational leadership, you contribute to a learning environment where students feel safety, work peace, and motivation to develop. The assignment includes mentoring a group of students, where you are a present and supportive adult who follows students' development, identifies needs, and contributes to a safe and functional school day. The role as a vocational instructor involves collaboration with external partners and responsibility for students' workplace-based training (APL). You will be part of a program work team that together plans and follows up on teaching and develops the Care and Health Program. You have good pedagogical insight and the ability to create structure and work peace in the classroom, while meeting students with attentiveness, clarity, and confidence in their abilities. You can adapt your way of working to students' different needs and contribute to a safe learning environment where everyone is given the opportunity to develop. In the work team, you actively contribute your perspective and take responsibility for the whole, while working for a positive and professional work environment. Further, we see that you have: We are primarily looking for you who is a certified vocational instructor and have authorization to teach in the character subjects of the Care and Health Program, but also you who has other pedagogical education or education within the care sector may be considered. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good digital competence and use digital tools as a natural part of teaching. It is meritorious if you have: Experience teaching at gymnasium level. CPR Instructor certification.
