JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In your role, you will teach vocational subjects in the Construction and Civil Engineering Program at Holavedsgymnasiet and thus perform typical teaching duties. The work includes managing documentation and contacts related to the profession. The assignment also involves participating in tasks related to school development and educational implementation. As a teacher at Holavedsgymnasiet, mentoring is part of the role. Work within the program is characterized by a high degree of collaboration both within the teaching and subject teams, as well as with other professionals such as SYV, student health services, and the Attendance Team, as well as with local business and industry. QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily looking for someone who is a certified vocational teacher with credentials in construction and civil engineering with a focus on residential building. Alternatively, you have work experience that the employer finds relevant for the position. You have good digital skills and a good understanding of the Swedish language and can communicate without difficulty. ABOUT THE WORKPLACE Holavedsgymnasiet is a school with approximately 800 students and offers a wide range of both vocational programs and college-preparatory programs. The school also includes an introduction program and adapted secondary school.
