About the Role We are now seeking an instructor for classroom-based education with a focus on property management, covering the vocational outcomes of property basics, property caretaker, and property technician. The position includes teaching and mentoring students in both practical and theoretical aspects of these specializations. Relevant certifications are advantageous. We're looking for someone with experience in the property management sector and a genuine passion for vocational education and student development. You are either already a trained vocational instructor or have relevant professional experience and the desire to transition into a teaching role – what matters most is your commitment, your professional expertise, and your drive to see people succeed. This is a permanent full-time position where you teach and mentor students in courses within the HVAC and property management programs. You will be an important driving force in shaping students' path toward employment, both in the classroom and as a mentor. We would appreciate if you enjoy combining practical elements with theory and have a structured approach to guiding students forward. You will work closely with both colleagues and the industry – we want you to be involved in developing an attractive program.
