Working Student - Talent Acquisition Coordinator A Snapshot of Your Day In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in Sweden with administrative and coordination activities. You will work part-time within the HR department and provide essential operational support to ensure a smooth recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers. A typical day may involve coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, as well as updating candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance. You will also act as a point of contact for candidates and provide them with updates on the recruitment process. How You Will Make an Impact Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across different locations. Maintain and update candidate records in ATS to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Assist in designing and posting job postings on internal and external job sites. Act as a point of contact for candidates, provide timely updates, and answer basic questions about the recruitment process. Support the Talent Acquisition team with ad-hoc administrative tasks, reporting, and event coordination. Pre-boarding Activities What You Bring Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Sweden, with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, behavioral sciences, or a related field. Previous experience in an administrative, coordinating, or customer-oriented role is highly valuable. Fluent English is required, and professional Swedish language skills are highly desirable.
