We are now looking for an experienced Windows Technician for a longer consulting assignment with a government agency in Norrköping. You will work in a complex IT environment alongside knowledgeable colleagues. The role suits you if you are self-directed, structured, and accustomed to taking responsibility for your area. About the Role As a Windows Technician, you will work with operations, maintenance, support, and further development of the agency's Windows infrastructure. You will also participate in the implementation of purchased systems and contribute to ensuring the infrastructure is stable, secure, and well-documented. Your Responsibilities System administration in Windows environments Troubleshooting and issue management in complex IT environments Operations, maintenance, and support of Windows infrastructure Implementation of new systems Patching, access control, and client lifecycle management Creation and updating of technical documentation Collaboration with other technical teams and business-related functions Your Profile We are looking for someone with high competence in Windows and several years of experience in system administration. You work independently, take responsibility for your deliverables, and are happy to share your knowledge with less experienced colleagues. You must have: At least four years of professional experience in system administration in Windows environments At least one year of professional experience in troubleshooting and issue management in complex Windows environments Strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing It is a plus if you have experience with: Working in a larger organization with more than 1,000 employees SQL environment administration IT environments with high security requirements Strict access control, certificate management, and established security models Active Directory, SCCM/MECM, and Group Policy Client lifecycle management and patching Hardware procurement Responsibility for a technical sub-area or leading a small team The assignment corresponds to competence level 3, which means you have high expertise in the field and typically between four and eight years of relevant experience. You are expected to work independently, take responsibility for a sub-area, and when needed, support or lead others. Remote work opportunities may be available up to 50 percent of the assignment time by agreement. The assignment is not covered by a security protection agreement.
