Job Description (AI Software Engineer):
We are looking for a software engineer to join our AI-focused team and develop production-grade AI systems. The primary responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying reliable software that leverages large language models (LLM), search pipelines, and AI agents in enterprise applications.
You will work in a product-oriented team and apply standard software development principles when working with AI.
What You Will Do
- Design and develop backend systems and APIs connected to LLMs, databases, and search tools; create and manage AI solutions (e.g., RAG pipelines, AI agents) in production environments; write high-quality, clear, and testable code; contribute to CI/CD, testing, and system monitoring; optimize the performance and reliability of AI solutions; translate requirements into functional software together with colleagues (developers, product managers, experts); participate in Agile processes
Requirements
Software development experience, strong Python knowledge, experience with APIs, databases, and cloud
Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, or generative AI; knowledge of REST APIs; experience with CI/CD and testing
Advantages
Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, Agile/Scrum, knowledge of prompt engineering or AI evaluation
IT degree from a university
