Planning of production capacity, deadlines and work procedures,
Work allocation to employees and monitoring of task completion,
Quality control of production and adherence to set deadlines,
Reading and inspection of project, drawing and technical documentation,
Preparation of production and assembly materials,
Communication with customers regarding technical solutions, deadlines and project progress,
Communication with designers, site supervisors, suppliers and other project participants,
Coordination of surveying, production, transport and assembly,
Resolution of technical issues and changes during project execution,
Control of material consumption and production costs,
Responsibility for workplace safety and compliance with technological procedures, regular communication with company management on production progress and individual projects.
We require:
Experience in production management, preferably in metalworking or construction locksmith production,
Excellent ability to read technical and production drawings,
Technical thinking and good understanding of production procedures,
Organizational and communication skills,
Ability to work with customers, designers and suppliers,
Independence, responsibility and decision-making capability,
Ability to plan employee work and control its quality,
Basic computer skills,
Class B driver's license preferred.
