Education: Qualifications to perform the work of an educator pursuant to § 16 of Law No. 563/2004 Coll. as amended. Mental fitness pursuant to § 18 of Law 109/2002 Coll. as amended. Criminal record clearance (documented by a criminal record registry excerpt). Job Responsibilities: Providing educational and developmental activities for children with mandated institutional care. Working in family groups with 6-8 children per group. Work schedule organized in 14-day cycles (long week/short week) including weekends and holidays. Employee Benefits: 8 weeks of paid leave for rest and recovery. Possibility of study leave if pursuing further education in the field. Contribution from the Employee Benefits Fund (FKSP) for meals and nutritional supplements.
