In your role as MEP Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing energy efficiency projects and work closely with customers in commercial real estate. You will operate in an environment where technology, business, and sustainability are at the center, with offices in central Gothenburg.
In this role, you will work with:
Design primarily focused on ventilation systems
Developing energy-efficient solutions based on analyses
Working closely with property owners and providing technical advice
Participating in project management and monitoring of energy projects
We are looking for a self-driven and responsible person who thrives in a role with significant autonomy. You work in a structured manner and have a natural ability to create and develop customer relationships.
To succeed in this role, you have:
Academic education in MEP, energy, or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience as an MEP Designer
Strong expertise in design and engineering
Experience with customer contact and a business-driven approach
Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Valid driver's license (Category B)
Meritorious: Experience as a consultant.
