Qualification Requirements - professional qualification to practice as a general nurse - healthcare skills - experience in the field is an advantage We require: - knowledge of individual care planning - advantageous - knowledge of PC work (MS Office) - criminal record clearance - proven by an extract from the criminal register - reliability, attention to detail, and responsible approach to work - willingness to continue learning Job Responsibilities: - provide health and nursing care to all patients of the residential service in accordance with applicable legislation - responsible for maintaining nursing documentation for assigned patients - conduct the nursing process for assigned patients in all its phases (gathering medical history, establishing nursing diagnoses, developing nursing care plans, implementing nursing care plans, evaluation) - assess needs and level of independence for assigned patients - monitor, evaluate, and record the health status of all patients, with focus on risk prevention - responsible for evaluating current health status of all patients and calling a physician when necessary - identify risks for assigned patients and implement measures to minimize them (e.g., risks of pressure ulcers, malnutrition, falls…) - implement nursing interventions according to physician orders for all patients (biological specimen collection, oral and injection administration of medications i.m, s.c.) - monitor and assess physiological functions of all patients: respiration, blood pressure, pulse, body temperature - conduct risk assessment for assigned patients - educate all patients on treatment regimen - responsible for storage, inventory, and control of medications - perform care of deceased patients - communicate with trusted persons of assigned and other patients - during absence of supervisory staff, assume leadership responsibilities of the facility and are authorized to implement measures in accordance with qualifications and delegated authority - communicate information and care instructions to other team members We Offer: - competitive salary (full-time salary from 31,230 Kč to 45,340 Kč in grade 10 according to Government Regulation no. 341/2017 Coll., on compensation conditions for employees in public services and administration based on qualifications and experience) + personal bonuses, supplements, and rewards - 5 weeks of vacation - company benefits: - company cafeteria - regular pension insurance contribution - employee massages - collegial and friendly atmosphere - meaningful work with a trustworthy employer Working hours: 40h/week in irregular shifts or 37.5h/week in continuous operation.
