Job responsibilities
o monitoring and assessing clients' health status
o skin condition monitoring, wound care - dressing changes
o medication preparation and administration
o communication with general practitioners and other medical specialists
o observation of clients' mental state, record-keeping and consultation with psychiatrists
o in collaboration with the social worker, conducting psychotherapy during daily client visits
o performing nursing visits and regular specialized procedures
o maintaining nursing health records, creating care plans for clients and informing caregivers about care procedures and content
o recording and obtaining approval of procedures from health insurance companies
o maintaining a planning calendar for client visits to medical specialist consultations and scheduling medical procedures
We require
o complete secondary education
o S3 specialization
(list: Intensive Care Nurse, Perioperative Care Nurse, Internal Medicine Care Nurse, Surgical Care Nurse, Psychiatric Care Nurse, Home and Hospice Care Nurse, Geriatric Care Nurse or former Community Nurse specialty, Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse in pediatrics and neonatology, Pediatric Perioperative Care Nurse, Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Care Nurse, Pediatric Home and Hospice Care Nurse, Pediatric Clinical Care Nurse, Perfusionist;
list of courses: Nursing Care with Focus on the Elderly, Specifics of Nursing Care for Long-term Ill Older Age Groups, Specifics of Home Care Nursing Work, Nursing Care for Patients with Geriatric Frailty, Specifics of General Nurse Work in Social Service Providers)
