REQUIREMENTS: qualification to practice as a general nurse according to Act No. 96/2004 Coll., minimum secondary education per Act No. 96/2004 Coll. in its current version regarding conditions for obtaining and recognizing qualifications for non-medical healthcare professions and performing activities related to healthcare provision and amendments to related laws, or bachelor's degree in nursing; additional specialization in healthcare field is an advantage, clean criminal record, high work commitment, independence, reliability, empathetic approach, hands-on clinical experience, driving license category B - active driver, proficiency with PC/healthcare documentation JOB DESCRIPTION: plans and provides nursing care through the nursing process without direct supervision in the field, monitors and evaluates clients' physiological functions and manifestations, documents entries in healthcare records and other documentation, works with the healthcare provider's information system, day shifts only + on-call night duty EMPLOYER OFFERS: engaging work in an experienced and friendly team, professional development, meaningful and enriching work with people who need our support, team support, 6 weeks vacation, possibility to extend contract to indefinite period, option to collaborate on DPP basis
