JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: providing nursing care to users, maintaining nursing documentation, working with the e-Quip program for entering and reporting health services REQUIREMENTS: minimum secondary education per Act No. 94/2004 Coll., general health nurse specialization S3 preferred, vaccination against hepatitis B type (ENGERIX) - at least 2 doses before starting employment, criminal record excerpt may be required SHIFT WORK: continuous work schedule - day and night shifts, 12-hour shifts, working hours fund 37.5 hours per week EMPLOYEE BENEFITS: meal allowance, contribution to products for old age, 5 weeks vacation, semi-annual bonuses twice per year Fixed-term employment contract for 1 year with possibility of extension to indefinite Start date by agreement Salary classification in accordance with Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll. - 10th salary grade (35 840 Kč to 47 970 Kč depending on credited work experience) PLEASE SUBMIT APPLICATIONS electronically to [email protected] and attach a structured CV with contact information and a copy of your highest educational qualification to your application.
