• modern work environment • ethical behavior in the workplace • exceptional compensation for exceptional work • stable work environment • meal allowance • flexible compensation system • financial support for further education • financial bonus for hepatitis A vaccination • opportunity to purchase refreshments at the local café at advantageous prices • salary from 48,000 Kč for full-time employment • possibility of full-time or reduced/part-time employment Job Responsibilities • monitoring and assessing clients' health status • monitoring skin condition, wound care - dressing changes • preparation and administration of medication • communication with general practitioners and other medical specialists • observation of clients' mental status, keeping records and consulting with psychiatrist • in collaboration with the social worker, conducts psychotherapy during daily client visits • performs nursing visits to clients and regular professional procedures • maintains nursing health documentation, develops care plans for clients and informs caregivers about client care procedures and content • records and ensures approval of procedures with health insurance companies • maintains a planning calendar with client appointments to medical specialist consultations and planning healthcare procedures Requirements • complete secondary education • S3 specialization advantageous (list: Intensive Care Nurse, Perioperative Care Nurse, Internal Medicine Care Nurse, Surgical Care Nurse, Psychiatric Nurse, Home and Hospice Care Nurse, Geriatric Care Nurse or former Community Nurse specialty, Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse in pediatrics and neonatology, Pediatric Perioperative Care Nurse, Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Nurse, Pediatric Home and Hospice Care Nurse, Pediatric Clinical Care Nurse, Perfusionist; list of courses: Nursing Care Focused on the Elderly, Specifics of Nursing Care for Long-term Ill Older Age Groups, Specifics of Home Care Nursing, Nursing Care for Patients with Geriatric Frailty, Specifics of General Nurses' Work at Social Service Providers) • organizational skills • independent thinking and decision-making • ability to lead a team of caregivers • active and professional approach • sense of order and precision • high moral standing • affinity for elderly people • knowledge of senior issues advantageous • two-shift operation (37.5 hours/week)
