DOORMAN/RECEPTIONIST Job Responsibilities: - Ensure reception operations and oversee building security at the conservatory. - Record and issue keys to authorized persons and visitors. - Provide basic information to school visitors. - Control building access and conduct security rounds. - Handle routine operational situations in cooperation with school management. - Activities related to collecting accommodation fees and regular cash reconciliation. - Working hours and shift organization - Primary employment or Work Performance Agreement. Working Hours: 12-hour shifts in day/night mode. This is continuous 24/7 operation (short and long weeks). Requirements: - Secondary vocational or secondary school education. - Clean criminal record (mandatory). - Reliability, punctuality, and responsible work approach. - Pleasant and professional demeanor. - Basic computer user skills. We Offer: - Pay Grade 3, salary approximately 22 400 Kč (depending on eligible work experience). - Statutory supplements for night shifts, weekend, and holiday work. - Personal supplement after training period. - 5 weeks vacation and 3 sick days per year. - Meal allowance. - Benefit in the form of Flexi card.
