This position is based at our office in Örebro, and work takes place primarily on-site. Locka represents a new era in real estate and housing. Through photorealistic 3D images, interactive models, and digital experiences, we help people see, understand, and experience a home long before it's built. Your Role As a Visualization Coordinator, you are the link between drawings, clients, and 3D artists. You ensure our visualization projects have the right conditions from the start, keep all details together during production, and ensure the final result meets the standard we and our clients expect. This includes: reviewing drawings, material selections, and other project documentation compiling and structuring information for our 3D artists quality-assuring 3D images and visualizations scrutinizing everything from architecture and materials to furnishings, lighting, and details communicating timelines, revisions, and progress with our clients coordinating feedback and changes throughout the project helping ensure smooth and high-quality delivery In short: you hold the process together and ensure all details are in place. Education or experience in interior design, architecture, construction, or building is a plus, but not required.
