Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen and auxiliary areas. Prepare products by washing, cleaning and preparing them for cooking. Assist chefs in product preparation tasks. Perform simple auxiliary tasks in the food preparation process under chef's direction. Properly sort and dispose of kitchen waste generated during work. Comply with cleanliness, hygiene and food safety requirements. Clean institutional premises. Comply with occupational safety requirements. Requirements: Previous work experience is not necessary. Willingness to work and conscientiously fulfill job duties. Responsible and careful attitude toward work. Ability to work in a team. Capacity to perform physical work.
