State limited liability company "Paula Stradiņa klīniskā universitātes slimnīca" (Registration No. 40003457109) invites applications for HEAD NURSES in the Women's Health Center Main job responsibilities: • organize the work processes of the structural unit and care support work processes; • supervise and monitor compliance with requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia and the Hospital management in personnel work; • organize and ensure compliance with hygiene and anti-epidemic regime plans, epidemiological safety measures; • organize and ensure the inventory of medicines, medical products and medical equipment, monitor their use for intended purposes; • collaborate with head nurses of other structural units to ensure patient care processes; • collaborate with the heads of the Women's and Children's Health Clinic and Women's Health Center to ensure patient care processes; • ensure quality supervision in the care field; • perform other job responsibilities assigned to the head nurse. Requirements for candidates: • master's degree in health sciences or health management; • registration in the health professionals register as a nurse or midwife; • at least 5 years of work experience as a nurse or midwife; • preferred work experience in a surgical department; • focus on results and solution-seeking; • ability to make independent and development-oriented decisions; • ability to manage a team, take initiative and responsibility; • good communication, independent work and teamwork skills.
