With us, it's efficient to reach the right person for the right matter! Elderly care consists of somatic units, dementia units, short-term housing, and 5 home care groups. 5 position(s). WORK DUTIES Would you like to help create a meaningful everyday life for elderly people? Then you could become our new colleague in elderly care at a nursing and care facility in Vingåker! Our care facility is a smaller, homey nursing home located in Vingåker approximately 2 miles from Katrineholm. The facility consists of 4 somatic units and 5 dementia units with varying numbers of residents per unit. The residents require 24-hour care and support. There are also green outdoor spaces, large lawns, and a summerhouse that provide opportunities for community and relaxation during the summer season. As a nursing assistant with us, you play a central role in providing person-centered care and reliable support in daily life for our residents. The work involves varied duties with a focus on meeting each individual based on their unique needs and wishes. You will work in a team with nursing assistant colleagues, registered nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and your direct supervisor. Your duties include: • Provide qualified care and daily support based on a salutogenic approach and according to IBIC (Individual Needs in Focus). • Responsible for daily documentation and development of care plans. • Serve as a contact person for one or more residents, responsible for ensuring their individual needs are met. • Perform delegated healthcare tasks. • Contribute to a pleasant environment by maintaining order in common areas. • Participate in planning and implementing activities together with colleagues and residents. On each unit, there is a coordinating nursing assistant who supports the team in daily planning and staffing. Together, we create a safe, active, and meaningful life for the residents each day. QUALIFICATIONS To be a suitable candidate for this position, you must: • Be a trained nursing assistant with a professional certificate from Socialstyrelsen • Have good interpersonal skills • Have experience with documentation • Be open to delegation • Be attentive and respectful—respect personal integrity.
