We're looking for an instructor in industrial automation who wants to combine technology, education, and development – and help us build a modern lab environment at Campus Ängelholm.
With us, you'll be part of shaping an educational environment from the ground up. You'll share your knowledge with our students while developing lab exercises, technology, and methods that bring education even closer to industry reality.
About the Role
You'll teach and mentor students in areas such as control technology, regulation technology, and industrial automation. But the role extends beyond the classroom.
Together, we'll build and develop our automation lab – a practical learning environment where different technical fields come together. Here we work with, for example, pneumatics, PLC and HMI systems, conveyor belts, robots, drive systems, sensors, and industrial communication.
You'll do things such as:
teach and mentor students
develop lab exercises and theoretical and practical educational components
help build, develop, and maintain the automation lab
create contacts and collaborations with companies, universities, and other stakeholders
follow technology development and help us keep education aligned with industry needs.
Who Are We Looking For?
You have current and relevant professional experience in industrial automation and strong knowledge of control and regulation technology. You have practical experience with, for example, PLC programming, HMI, and industrial control systems, and understand how different technical areas connect.
We're looking for someone who is curious, pedagogical, and takes initiative. You enjoy sharing your knowledge, working hands-on, and making technology understandable for others. The role involves many different contact points, so you need to be equally comfortable working with students in the lab as you are in dialogue with companies, suppliers, and universities.
Teaching, mentoring, or professional development experience is a plus but not required. Relevant technical education is also a plus, but equivalent competence can be acquired through qualified professional experience.
Build Something That Makes a Difference
At Campus Ängelholm, education, technology, and working life meet. Here you'll have a real opportunity to make an impact!
You'll be part of it from the beginning, building a strong practical educational environment, and creating new connections between students, technology, and the companies that need automation expertise for the future.
About Campus Ängelholm
Campus Ängelholm is a meeting place for education, research, and innovation. We develop our operations in collaboration with industry and based on the needs that exist in society – locally and in a rapidly changing world.
Here we bring together education, academia, and working life. The proximity between people and activities makes it possible to put knowledge into practice, develop new ideas, and create education that meets real competency needs.
We believe in curiosity, collaboration, and proximity. You'll see this reflected in how we work with our students, with companies, and with each other. With us, you'll be part of influencing, developing, and building on an operation that grows together with its surrounding world.
