About Us
Nya Tag is part of Evidra Omsorg, a unified provider of residential care, treatment, and support services based on the values of evidence, relationship, and responsibility. Behind Evidra Omsorg stands an experienced team with a background in individual and family care with a focus on treatment. Nya Tag has two units—one in Hunnebostrand and one in Surte—as well as a supported housing facility offering support, treatment, and rehabilitation for men aged 21–59 years with substance abuse and addiction issues. Our work aims to give each individual the conditions to create a drug-free, meaningful, and independent life.

Temporary Treatment Staff
We are seeking temporary staff who want to be part of our work supporting and motivating men on their path toward a life without substance abuse and addiction.
As a treatment specialist with us, you work closely with our clients in their daily lives. You serve as a support in their change process and work based on individual implementation plans and set goals. Work tasks include motivational conversations, practical support, social training, activities, documentation, and collaboration with various stakeholders around the client.
Work hours are variable and may include daytime, evening, weekend shifts, and on-call duty.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who is secure, stable, and has a genuine interest in people and change work. You have a professional manner, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships.
We would like you to have experience working in substance abuse care, psychiatry, residential care services, social work, or similar fields. You are flexible, responsible, and can handle challenging situations in a calm and respectful manner.
A class B driver's license is required.
An extract from the criminal record and suspicion register is required.
Education Requirements
We are looking for someone with an ongoing or completed post-secondary education in social work, social pedagogy, behavioral science, treatment pedagogy, or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
