You'll lead and develop the association together with the board, staff, coaches, players, volunteers, and partners. A central part of the position is having your own sales and performance responsibility and actively driving LUGI's commercial development. The role involves working both strategically and operationally to develop existing partnerships, create new business opportunities, and secure long-term revenue growth that strengthens the association's finances and future development. You need to thrive in meeting with people, understand different operations' needs, and be able to build partnerships where both LUGI and the partner see clear value. At the same time, you're an engaged leader for the organization and an important representative for the association. An important part of the position is creating engagement, direction, and collaboration between employees, board members, and volunteers. Your position You'll have overall management responsibility for the organization, with particular responsibility for finances, commercial development, and creating conditions for the different parts of the operation to succeed. You'll be involved in: Having your own sales and performance responsibility and actively driving the association's commercial development. Developing existing partnerships, creating new business opportunities, and contributing to the association's revenue growth. Identifying and realizing new revenue and business opportunities. Leading and developing LUGI in line with the association's Vision 2030. Responsibility for budget, finances, forecasts, and follow-up. Leading and developing the organization and creating engagement and collaboration between employees, board members, board trustees, and volunteers. Creating good conditions for both grassroots and elite operations. Being a clear and engaged representative for LUGI in Lund, the region, and Swedish handball. Who are you? We believe you have experience creating business deals, building long-term customer or partner relationships, and driving development through people. You're comfortable representing an organization externally and motivated by creating new opportunities and partnerships. You likely have experience personally driving sales, working toward clear commercial goals, and taking responsibility for revenue growth. You've established yourself in a leadership role and are motivated by developing both people and operations.
