Job Responsibilities We are now seeking an accounting assistant at Bulltofta who wants to be part of developing our operations and activities so that Malmö residents can enjoy meaningful leisure time. In your role as accounting assistant at Bulltofta, you will work at the reception, café, and gym. You will be responsible for selling training passes, managing bookings, and informing customers about the recreation area and its operations. In our café, you will handle sales, restocking, and ordering. We place great value on keeping our facilities clean and fresh, so a large part of the work involves facility maintenance and upkeep of the facilities both outdoors and indoors in dry and wet areas. In addition to the above responsibilities, your main focus will be leading some different training sessions at the gym. If needed, you can also work in other parts of the operation, for example at Torup or Öresunds Funkis. Here too, the focus is on providing excellent service to visitors, staffing the café, and keeping the facilities clean and fresh. Working hours are scheduled and include day, evening, and weekend shifts. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has a high school diploma or other education that the employer considers equivalent. We see it as a merit if you have post-secondary education in, for example, service or wellness. You have previous experience working in service, and it is desirable if you also have work experience in gyms, wellness, café operations, and/or facility maintenance. A driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle is a merit. Your Swedish language skills are good, both spoken and written. You also need basic ability to handle data/IT. To thrive in this role, we see that you are a service-oriented person who finds it easy to make contact and build relationships with visitors. You are comfortable meeting people with different circumstances. You also need to be flexible and have the ability to plan and carry out activities and events. About the Workplace Bulltofta, Torup, and Öresunds Funkis together with several swimming facilities make up the administration's bath and recreation unit. At Bulltofta, we offer Malmö residents a gym, circuit gym, sauna, café, as well as rental of tennis courts and various other services related to public health and recreation. At Torup there is a café, sauna, and Nature Center run by staff members. Work is also done to maintain the exercise trails, walking paths, and riding trails on the recreation area.
