About the role Your task is to provide quality of life. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. The work consists of helping elderly people in their own homes with personal care, service tasks such as shopping and cleaning, and responding to safety alarms. The work tasks also include performing social documentation and performing certain health and medical care tasks on delegation from a nurse. Thanks to you, our customers can continue to live at home and maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging. We would like to see that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked several years in elderly care. Good computer skills, experience with documentation, and a driver's license are also merits. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise your CV is not the most important thing.
