We are looking for you who have previous experience in grocery retail but want to take the next step. Either you're seeking more hours than you have today or you want to advance your career. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, develop your leadership skills, and learn more about the store's overall operations—from daily operations and customer interactions to sales, planning, and personnel management. You will work closely with store management and receive support in shaping your own development plan with the goal of taking the next step within the ICA family.

What We're Looking For
You are service-oriented, responsible, and curious. You like having a lot going on, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to make a difference for both customers and the team.
You have previous experience from a grocery store and feel it's time to take the next step. You want to build on your experience and develop toward a future role in store management or a long and exciting career within ICA. The opportunity to participate in internal training and development programs may be offered.
Your Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is organized and results-oriented with a strong interest in sales. You have previous knowledge of economics, store management, and inventory control. It's important that you have a positive attitude and are comfortable working at a fast pace. As a leader, you are structured, communicative, and goal-oriented. You have experience working with budgets and monitoring goals. You are creative and dare to experiment to continuously improve and develop both yourself and the store.
You have documented previous experience from grocery retail, preferably ICA. You are familiar with AOB, Min Butik, EasyDisplay, or similar systems. You see your future in store. You have good physical fitness and are driven by sales. You have previous leadership experience. You play an important role in creating a positive work environment and a successful, sales-driven store. To reach our goals, we need both experience and an understanding of our processes and store objectives.
