We are now looking for an IT and Systems Manager who wants to be part of our journey. About the Role As IT and Systems Manager, you have a central role in the business. You are responsible for developing, managing, and supporting the company's IT environment, business systems, and digital tools to create efficient work processes and ensure that the business has appropriate system support. The role reports to the Finance Manager and collaborates with all departments as well as external suppliers and consultants. Your responsibilities include, among other things: Management and development of the Pyramid business system. Responsibility for SharePoint and development of the Microsoft 365 environment. Drive digitalization and improvement projects. Coordinate external IT providers. Train and support users in the company's systems and digital tools We Are Looking for You If You Have experience with business systems and business development. Have good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint. Enjoy combining strategic development work with practical user support. Are structured, pedagogical, and have a talent for collaborating with different parts of the business. Have the ability to drive projects from idea to implementation. Have a genuine interest in digitalization and business improvements. Experience with Pyramid or other business systems (ERP) in the manufacturing industry is a merit.
